Angelo Gaja is the largest private owner of vineyards in the Barbaresco area. With a degree in enology, he is one of the founders of the new wave Barbaresco winemakers. In fact, he was the first to age Nebbiolo wine in small French oak, something that old-style winemakers thought of as a sin. Gaja wines today are the most sought after; we are lucky to be able to offer a great selection of a few of his wines. Enjoy!
